Getting Started

1. Obtain a Physician Referral

Ask your physician to fax your referral to:

2. We Will Contact You

Once your referral is received, our office will contact you within two (2) business days to begin the scheduling process.

3. Insurance Verification

Insurance benefits and any required authorization will be verified before your appointment is scheduled.

4. Schedule Your Evaluation

After your referral and insurance verification are complete, your evaluation appointment will be scheduled.

5. Complete Registration

New patient registration forms will be provided through our secure client system prior to your appointment.

6. Begin Services

Following your evaluation, treatment recommendations will be reviewed and therapy will begin, as appropriate.

Professional Communication & Corporate Speech Services are available in person or virtually for professionals, executives, organizations, and small groups. Because virtual services are available, clients may be located anywhere in the United States.

Schedule your 30-minute paid Discovery Consultation through our secure Client Portal. During this consultation, we will discuss your communication goals and determine the service or program that best fits your needs.

2. Select Your Service

Based on your consultation, we will recommend the service or program that best aligns with your professional communication goals.

3. Confirm Registration & Payment

Scheduling, service details, program expectations, policies, and payment information will be reviewed before services begin.

4. Begin Your Program

Begin your personalized communication program designed to strengthen communication clarity, confidence, executive presence, pronunciation, and workplace communication.

Private-Pay Services

Professional Communication & Corporate Speech Services are private-pay services and are not billed to health insurance.

Available Nationwide

Virtual services allow professionals throughout the United States to receive individualized communication coaching without traveling to our Mobile, Alabama office. In-person services are also available by appointment.
